| Payment terms: | for settlements with small and medium-sized businesses, payment for each batch of products within 30 calendar days from the date of its delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, for all other business entities within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of each batch to the Buyer's warehouse. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
