Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Customer makes the payment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Seller and the Buyer of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of Property and the transfer of one original copy of the fully executed Act of Acceptance and transfer, consignment note, invoice. In case of conclusion of an agreement with a small and medium-sized business entity within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Seller and the Buyer of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of Property and the transfer of one original copy of the fully executed Act of Acceptance and transfer, consignment note, invoice.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
