Stage No. 1. Completion of TVEL JSC's KISM to meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (as amended in 2022). Place of rendering services: Moscow, Kashirskoe shosse, 49.
Sub-stage 1.1. Express analysis and formation of the Program for finalizing the KISM of TVEL JSC and preparing the KSMB according to ISO 28000 version 2022 (KSMB). The labor intensity of the sub–stage is 3 man/day. (1 usl. piece)

Consulting on the completion and maintenance of the documentary basis: plans (business continuity plan), programs (threat and risk monitoring programs), registers (register of security threats, risks and opportunities) and other forms of records provided by the STC KSMB/KSMBCP JSC TVEL, until compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (revision 2022). Consulting of TVEL JSC personnel in the format of a training seminar on updated in accordance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (revision 2022), editions of standards STK-108, STK-121, STK-125, Guidelines and other documents of KSMBTSP. The labor intensity of the sub–stage is 3 person/ day, 1 (one) group of up to 25 people. (1 usl. piece)

Consulting and retraining of existing internal auditors of the CSMBCP on the practice of conducting internal audits of the CSMBCP according to GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (revision 2022). The labor intensity of the sub–stage is 2 person/ day, 1 (one) group of up to 25 people. (1 usl. piece)

Sub-stage 1.9. Consulting in the formation of a consolidated report on the results of the analysis of the CSMBCP for compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (revision 2022) for 2024. The labor intensity of the sub–stage is 3 man/day. (1 usl. piece)

Stage No. 1. Completion of TVEL JSC's KISM to meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 28000/ ISO 28000 (as amended in 2022). Place of rendering services: Moscow, Kashirskoe shosse, 49.
Sub-stage 1.10. Ongoing consulting of the Customer's personnel when developing Corrective Action Plans for nonconformities of the CSMBCP identified during ongoing audits. The labor intensity of the sub–stage is 2 man/day. (1 usl. piece)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
